4.1 Personal use only
All content on the Website/Services—such as results, stats, fixtures, odds, betting figures, text, images, video, audio, and marketing materials (the “Information”)—is owned by the Company and its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

As a condition of using the Services, you agree you will not use the Website, Services, Software, or Information for any illegal or policy-breaching purpose. You specifically confirm that:
You act for yourself only — in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of anyone else.
You have full legal capacity — you’re not restricted from entering agreements.
You are not a compulsive gambler — not diagnosed/classified as such.
You are 18+ (or older if your local law requires it).
You accept risk — you understand you can lose money when using the Services.
Your funds are lawful — no deposits come from illegal or unauthorized sources.
No criminal use — you won’t conduct or facilitate unlawful activities, and you won’t use your account for such purposes.
No third-party use for crime — you won’t let anyone use your account for criminal/unlawful activities (including money laundering).
You protect your login — keep username, account number, and password secure; tell us immediately if they’re lost/compromised.
You’re responsible for activity — anything done via your credentials/devices is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
No interference — you won’t use the Website/Devices/Software/Information in a way that harms performance or other users’ access.
No data harvesting — you won’t solicit or try to obtain other users’ information.
No malware — you won’t upload or distribute files/programs that contain viruses or other harmful code.
Your access is legal — your use isn’t prohibited by the laws or contracts that apply where you are.
No unlawful content — you won’t post/transmit material that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racist/ethnically offensive, pornographic, or otherwise criminal.
No conflict of interest — you are not an officer, director, employee, affiliate, or agent of the Company (or related companies), nor a relative/housemate of any of the foregoing.
6.1 Account Registration
To place bets, you must complete the membership/account application. We may reject any application at our sole discretion, without notice or reason.
6.2 Accurate Information
All details you provide must be true, accurate, and complete (including your name, residential address, and source-of-funds such as bank accounts/card numbers).
6.3 Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal data confidential and will only disclose it when required by law/regulation.
6.4 Data Sharing for Payments
You are responsible for keeping your information secure. We may share necessary data with payment processors and financial institutions to complete transactions.
6.5 Your Legal Compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure the laws that apply to you permit access to the Website and use of the Services.
6.6 Verification (KYC) & Updates

6.7 Checks & Consent

8.1 Ownership
The Software you access belongs to The Company. You do not obtain any rights to it. You must not adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, perform, broadcast, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise make the Software available to anyone else, on any site, medium, or device.
8.2 Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on your own device (where you are the primary user).
8.3 Purpose
The Software is provided only to enable you to access and use the Services.
8.4 You must not:
i) Install/load the Software on a server or other networked device.
ii) Copy, distribute, transfer, or assign the Software to anyone.
iii) Rent, lease, sub-license, or transfer the Software to third parties.
iv) Provide any method or tool that lets others use the Software.
v) Translate, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Software.
vi) Use the Software in any way that violates laws or regulations.
9.1 Name mismatch
We may refuse to settle a transaction if the cardholder name does not match the account name.
9.2 Your payment responsibility
You are fully responsible for all amounts owed to The Company (or other players). You will not deny or reverse any valid payment, and you agree to reimburse The Company for any chargebacks, reversals, or related losses/expenses. We may, at our discretion, stop providing services or payments to certain users or card types.
9.3 Maximum daily winnings
The most a single customer can win in one calendar day is USD 150,000 (or the equivalent in supported currencies).
9.4 Stake not included
Winnings are exclusive of your stake. For multiples/accumulators across different categories, the lowest relevant max-winnings limit applies.
9.5 Crediting & errors
Winnings are credited to your account. If funds are credited by mistake, we may void related transactions and reverse the error. You must notify us immediately if you notice an incorrect credit.
9.6 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges applicable to your winnings under the laws that apply to you.
10.1 Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account. Withdrawals follow our Terms and require valid photo ID and, where applicable, the credit/debit card used.
10.2 We will not release funds unless the full value of your deposit has been played through in full.
10.3 Withdrawals are made in the same currency used for your deposits.
10.4 Where supported by your card issuer, winnings may be returned to the same credit/debit card used to deposit. The cardholder name must match the registered account name.
10.5 We may charge reasonable fees to cover costs related to deposits and withdrawals.
10.6 All bank charges arising from your betting transactions are your responsibility and may be deducted from your winnings or account balance.
11.1 Promotions are for one account per player only. If we detect multiple accounts or collusion, all bonuses and winnings will be confiscated.
11.2 Turnover on non-live table games (e.g., Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, and other non-live table or non-slot games) does not count toward wagering unless specifically stated in the promo.
11.3 Maxim88 counts only settled bets (with a win or loss result) as effective turnover.
11.4 Bonus wagering (turnover) does not earn rebates. Turnover used to meet a bonus requirement is not counted as effective rebate turnover.
11.5 Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date issued (unless stated otherwise). If wagering is not completed within 30 days, the bonus and any winnings from it will be removed.
11.6 Maxim88 may, at any time and without notice, modify, pause, cancel, or invalidate a promotion.
11.7 All promotions and special offers are subject to these Terms & Conditions. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any promotion at any time.
11.8 If we believe a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion, we may—at our sole discretion—block, deny, suspend, withhold, or remove that user from the promotion.
11.9 We may void bets and confiscate funds from any individual or group acting in collusion or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any losses, damages, claims, costs, and reasonable legal fees that arise from your breach of these Terms and/or the Betting Rules.
13.1 Third-party sites
We are not responsible for content, products, claims, or practices on third-party websites. Services or information provided by third parties come without warranties, and we are not liable for their defaults or failures.
13.2 Your choice, your risk
Participation in Games is entirely at your discretion and risk. By playing, you confirm you do not find the Games/Services offensive, unfair, or indecent.
13.3 Legal compliance
Online/offshore gambling may be restricted or illegal in some places. We do not offer the Site/Services where use is illegal. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to use the Site/Services under the laws that apply to you.
13.4 No liability for interruptions/errors

13.6 Result authority
If results shown on your device differ from our server records, the server result prevails. Our records are the final authority on your participation, related activity, and circumstances.
13.7 Service changes
We may discontinue, modify, remove, or add Services at any time, with immediate effect, and are not liable for any resulting loss.
13.8 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, agents, and associates from claims, liabilities, costs, and fees (including legal fees) arising from your access or use of the Site/Services, whether or not we were advised of possible issues.
13.9 Agreement context
This disclaimer must be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms, Privacy Policy, and this Disclaimer.
14.1 The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, void winnings, freeze/forfeit your balance, and/or deactivate your account—including (but not limited to) if:
i) You hold more than one active account with the Company.
ii) The account name does not match the name on the payment method used.
iii) You enter a promotion and withdraw before meeting its requirements.
iv) You provided false or misleading registration details.
v) You fail to provide requested identification documents.
vi) You are under the legal age.
vii) You access or use the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction.
viii) You deny or charge back any deposit/transaction you made.
ix) You deposit funds from illegal or unauthorized sources.
x) You cheat or attempt to cheat, use AI/bots/automated systems, or collude to defraud the Company or others.
xi) You allow another person to use your account (intentionally or not).
xii) You breach any term of this Agreement.
14.2 If Services are suspended or your account is deactivated, we will reinstate/reactivate only after you complete the required corrections and we verify them.
14.3 The Company retains full authority to issue, maintain, or close accounts at any time for any reason. Our decisions about your account, the Services, or the Site are final and not subject to appeal. We will provide reasonable notice where possible, unless legal or practical reasons prevent us from doing so.
15.1 Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee those sites are accurate, up to date, or maintained.
15.2 We are not responsible or liable for the content or privacy practices of any external site.
15.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any external links on our Website.
15.4 We are not associated or affiliated with any statements, opinions, trademarks, logos, products, services, or the owners/operators of external websites, unless expressly stated.
16.1 We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, add new games or features, or start, stop, restrict, or modify any games or features on the Website.
17.1 Remedies & Access Controls
We may seek all available legal and equitable remedies for any breach of these Terms, including—at our sole discretion—denying or restricting access to the Services/Website/Information, terminating your account, and/or blocking specific IP addresses or devices at any time.
17.2 Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, agents, and associates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
i) Your breach of this Agreement, in whole or in part;
ii) Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
iii) Use of the Services/Site by you or anyone using your login details.
18.1 Zero-tolerance policy
We have a zero-tolerance stance on bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage, or any suspicious activity. We may, at our sole discretion, block and remove bonuses, related winnings, and/or deposits from accounts we suspect are involved in such behavior.
18.2 Reviews & consequences
We may review transaction records and logs at any time, and you consent to these reviews. If we determine—at our sole discretion—that you are engaging in promotional abuse and/or irregular play, we may deny, withhold, revoke, or withdraw any promotion, winnings, or bonus, terminate your access, and/or block your account. In such cases, we are not obligated to refund any funds in your account other than your original deposits.
18.3 “Irregular play” includes (non-exhaustive):
i) Equal/zero/low-margin or hedge bets that don’t count toward wagering (e.g., Roulette Red/Black, or covering 24+ of 37 numbers; both-side bets).
ii) Delayed winnings: triggering free spins/bonus features with bonus/cash, exiting, then completing them after bonus wagering is finished.
iii) State Game Abuse: using bonus funds to progress through bonus stages, then finishing with cash bets after bonus funds are released/forfeited.
iv) Leaving large bets on the table (e.g., in Blackjack) and returning only after bonus wagering is completed.
18.4 “Promotional abuse” includes (non-exhaustive):
i) Syndicate play or collaborating with others to abuse promotions, cheating, or other unfair behavior.
ii) Deposit–withdraw cycling to exploit offers (e.g., deposit to trigger free spins, wager just over 1× deposit, then withdraw to avoid “No Deposit Bonus” rules).
iii) Exploiting bugs/loopholes/faults—whether known or unknown to us—in any game, software, or system.
iv) Multiple accounts to claim the same bonus/free spins more than once.
19.1 Each player is eligible for only one promotion per account — this includes one per family, household, address, IP address, email, phone number, payment method, or shared device (e.g., office, school, or public computer).
If this rule is breached, all related winnings will be forfeited.
20.1 We may limit winnings and withdrawals from all no-deposit bonuses, free spins, or free bets to a maximum of USD 100, unless stated otherwise in the promotion’s terms or communicated directly to you.
20.2 If you have never made a deposit, any funds in your account will remain as bonus money. Once you make your first deposit, those funds will become subject to standard wagering (play-through) requirements.
21.1 In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
21.2 This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the Services and the Website, and it replaces all previous agreements or arrangements on the same subject.
